By accessing the Site or using any of the services provided on the Site, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you should leave this site immediately. DRC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use without notice at any time. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You further agree that you will not disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any of the materials or underlying software made available on the Site. In addition, DRC reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time. DRC may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability.

YOUR INFORMATION

If a product offered by the Site itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. DRC reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL DRC OR ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, TOGETHER WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND SHAREHOLDERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF $100 ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY TO ANY CLAIM WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF DRC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN JURISDICTIONS WHICH DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, DRC'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TERMINATION

You agree that DRC, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, may terminate your use of, or access to, the Site at any time if DRC believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms of Use or any applicable law, rule or regulation or that you have engaged in conduct that DRC determines to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

DRC respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe your work had been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Site, please notify DRC in accordance with the following procedure:

Each notification must include the following information:

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit DRC to locate the material;
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit DRC to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
